Returns Policy
Simplicity & Charm stands behind its items. We want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items, we want to hear about it.
ALL SALES FINAL!! There are no returns or refunds.
If you have any questions, please ask prior buying. Simplicity & Charm stands behind its items. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do our best to mention everything detail of our items, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY before you bid or purchase. That is among the reasons we do not accept any return.
In rare occasion, the postal service damages our goods. - Let us know as soon as you receive your items. Send it back to us in its original packing. We process a claim with the carrier. (Once it is justified and finalize that the damage is from the carrier they issue us a refund then we issue you a refund (this process usually take up to 30 days.) Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
Some item(s ) have a fourteen (14) days return policy but be aware of a 15% restocking fee will be applied on ALL returns unless noted otherwise. The item needs to be in unopened, original packaging.
To return or exchange an item, please include your order number, contact information, and the reason for return. All returns funds will be process within 3 days of receipt.
*Fragrance, Cosmetic, Body & Bath or any personal items are not refundable or exchangeable
*Jewelry, and electronic items returns are subject to inspection prior issuing a refund.

Once the item is receive, and it does not meet the return requirements or it is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your expense. If you need to exchange your order for any reason, (unless we are at fault), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please let us know on the packing slip the reason for your return so we can improve on our collection. The return address for all items is included on the packing slip:

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
UNITED STATES - Our standard shipping is USPS First Class or Priority Service. We use delivery confirmation on all of these packages to make sure you know we shipped the package and to let us know it arrived at its destination. In the case of a really bulky or heavy order, we may switch to UPS instead.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment (except on Sundays and holidays). If you need it quicker we offer:
Express Mail: (1-2) days delivery - if order is received early enough to package and ship in the morning , USPS or FED-EX will deliver most packages in one day for extra fees. However, we have experience, it occasionally take 2 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Because of the many countries and all of their different customs rules and regulations, tariffs rates, shipping rates for different weights please e-mail us at [email protected] with your items description and sizes. We will weight, quote shipping fees and process your order. We will be using Fed-ed or UPS Worldwide Express mail, which delivers in usually 5-7 business days depends on the country. We do not add any handling fees just the postage.
PAYMENTS - Our website only handles US dollars and you may checkout with credit cards using PayPal, Google Checkout, wire transfer through PayPal or Western Union, Money Order (Postal only) Please call or e-mail us for wire transfer.
